A bonded warehouse stores imported goods with import duty and taxes suspended until the goods are released into the local market. Goods re-exported from bond do not pay Malaysian import duty.
We start from 50 pallet positions or 500 sq ft on a three-month term. Seasonal overflow space can be booked by the week.
Storage is charged per pallet position per month, with inbound, outbound and pick-and-pack fees per unit. Every quote lists each rate separately.
Yes. We connect Shopify, Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop, and any ERP through our REST API, EDI or SFTP. Orders flow in automatically and tracking numbers flow back.
Orders received by 14:00 on working days are picked, packed and handed to the courier the same day.
Yes. The Pulau Indah cold room holds 2–8 °C with continuous logging and alarms, suitable for cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical products that need chilled storage.
Stock is covered by our warehouse liability policy up to agreed limits. For full value we recommend goods-in-storage insurance, which we can arrange for you.
