Ask us on WhatsAppDoes a check-up hurt?
Most people feel only light pressure during a check-up. Scaling can feel scratchy, especially if your gums are tender, and we can numb the area if you prefer. Raise your hand at any point and we will stop.
Do you accept panel cards or dental insurance?
Yes. We are a panel clinic for more than 20 insurers and employers. Bring your panel card or e-card to your visit. If you are not sure your plan covers dental, WhatsApp us a photo of the card and we will check before you come in.
How long does the first visit take?
Plan for about 60 minutes: a short chat, the check-up, a scale and polish, and time to go through your treatment plan and prices.
From what age can my child see the dentist?
We recommend a first visit by your child's first birthday, or soon after the first tooth appears. First visits are short and relaxed, and mostly about getting comfortable in the chair.
Can you see me today if I have tooth pain?
We keep same-day slots for tooth pain, swelling and broken teeth from Monday to Saturday. Call or WhatsApp us as early as you can. If you have severe facial swelling or trouble breathing or swallowing, go to a hospital emergency department straight away.
How can I pay, and do you offer instalments?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards, DuitNow QR and major e-wallets. For treatment above RM 1,000, 0% instalment plans over 6 or 12 months are available with participating credit cards.
What does the RM 99 new-patient offer include?
A full check-up, a scale and polish and a written treatment plan, normally RM 180. Digital X-rays are RM 40 if your dentist recommends them. Any other treatment is quoted in writing before we start.
