Grown by smallholder farms on the cool slopes below Mount Kinabalu, then dried whole in the cherry on raised beds. Slow-ripening cherries give it a jammy, tropical sweetness.

Why freshness matters

Coffee has a best-before. It's measured in days.

Roasted coffee is at its best roughly 4 to 21 days after roasting. Before that it is still releasing CO₂; after that, the aromatics that make a Sabah natural taste of jackfruit start to fade. Supermarket bags are often roasted months before they reach the shelf, and rarely say when.

We roast on Monday and print the date on every bag, so your coffee lands right at the start of its sweet spot and stays there until the next one arrives.

Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time, with no lock-in and no fees. Pause, skip a delivery or cancel from your account or with one WhatsApp message. Changes made by Sunday 11:59 pm apply to that week's roast.

When will my coffee arrive?

We roast every Monday and ship on Tuesday. Peninsular Malaysia orders usually arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan take 3 to 4 working days. Order by Sunday 11:59 pm to make the next roast; public holidays can add a day.

Do you ship to Sabah and Sarawak?

Yes. Delivery to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan is a flat RM 15 per box. Peninsular Malaysia delivery is RM 8, or free on deliveries of RM 80 and above.

How fresh is the coffee?

Every bag is roasted to order on Monday and printed with its roast date. Most Peninsular subscribers open their bag 2 to 3 days after roasting, just as the flavour opens up, and finish it well inside the 4 to 21 day sweet spot.

Which grind should I choose for my machine?

Choose Espresso for espresso machines, Filter / pour-over for V60, Chemex and drip machines, French press for a plunger or cold brew, and Moka pot for a stovetop pot. Whole bean stays fresh longest if you have a grinder at home.

Can I give a coffee subscription as a gift?

Yes. Choose 3, 6 or 12 deliveries, add a handwritten note and pick a start date. Gift subscriptions end on their own, so there is nothing to cancel. Message us on WhatsApp to set one up.

What does the 50% off apply to?

The coffee in your first subscription delivery. It does not apply to the delivery fee or the one-off sampler, and you can still cancel straight after the first bag.

Can I change my coffee or grind later?

Yes. Switch coffee, grind, bag size or frequency before any Sunday cutoff and the next roast follows your new plan.
