One flow from start to finish on a Zebra-style handheld: receive the ASN, QC, put-away, pick the wave, pack, dispatch with proof of delivery, take a return and count a bin. Every confirm writes to the inventory ledger.
Try the edge cases
Tap a red chip to scan a wrong barcode or the blocked bin. Enter fewer units at bin A-04-12 to raise a short pick. Switch the network off, keep scanning, then switch it back on. Turn on flaky network to watch retries, or turn the label printer off before packing.A real scanner in keyboard-wedge mode types the code and presses Enter, so the input works with a Zebra unchanged.
